Profile and Qualifications:
1. At least Vocational diploma in any field
2. New graduate or at least 3 months of internship training with us or international hotels
3. Good in inter-personality skill, outgoing, and friendly
4. Good in English communication skill
Basic Function:
To provide a warm and friendly welcome and services to Baan Turtle guests and assist guests with to final destination delivery in a polite, efficient, and friendly manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance according to the employee handbook.
2. Possess a complete knowledge of Baan Turtle, services and facilities, food, and beverage outlets/promotions, at wine bar, cigar room and etc.
3. Attend training sessions/meetings as required.
4. Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
5. Understand a complete knowledge of T10 & T01 policy and procedures.
6. Report health/safety and security hazards to Villa manager or restaurant manager.
7. Greet and acknowledge guests from at least 2 meters and remind guests on sanitizing equipment.
8. Ensure foyer, lobby and entrances and surrounding areas are always in a spotless condition.
9. Valet park cars in accordance with SOP, driving license must be current.
Welfare:
