3.Follow rec.ipes, portion control, and presentation standards as instructed

4.Mainta.in cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment

5.Ensure proper food storage according to hygiene and safety standards

6.Comply with HACCP, food safety, and hotel hygiene policies at all times

7.Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies correctly

8.Minimize food waste and report any spoilage or issues to supervisors

9.Follow instructions from senior chefs and work cooperatively with the kitchen team
