Learning & Development Supervisor - ibis

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training or People & Culture within hospitality or service industry.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication in English (spoken and written).
- Passionate about people development and service excellence.

Learning & Development Supervisor is responsible for supporting the overall training strategy by organizing, coordinating, and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills, service standards, and performance. This role ensures that all training initiatives align with company goals and brand standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
