+ To analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business of new accounts.
+ To maximize revenue by using sales techniques and developing guest loyalty, including up-selling.
+ To perform the highest standards of all sales activities.
+ To handle all sales inquiries for all properties efficiently and accurately in order to match guests? requirements and activities concepts.
+ To produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs including reporting of appointments, calls made, and business leads.
+ To cooperate with other associates as necessary to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs.
+ To maintain a high level of product and service knowledge of all properties.
+ To prepare and execute action plans which increase sales revenues.
+ To maintain knowledge of special rates/offers/promotions.
