Position: E-Commerce & Reservation Level Supervisor - Manager

- Work together with Revenue Manager to maximize hotels' room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs).

- Creating pricing strategies for hotel partners.

- Monitoring rate plans & pricing for hotel partners.

- Coordinate with Revenue Manager to review competitor hotels on a daily basis and identified selling strategies, opportunities and market trends.

- Coordinate with Revenue Manager help improve hotel performance and gain insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.

- Manage bookings & reservations.

- Educate and train hotel partners on the self-service features of the Property

- Registration new listing hotel partners to OTAs

- Generate a monthly reservation report for hotel partners.

*Experienced in hotels registration on OTAs is an advantage

Working Hours
-09:00 AM - 06:00 PM.
-hybrid working/Office attendance every Wednesday
-7-8 days off per month
