Position: Revenue Manager
(Responsible for Online Revenue Management of Hotel Partners)

Job Description

- Manage and maximize room revenue for assigned hotel partners through Online Travel Agents (OTAs), with a strong focus on improving ranking, visibility, and conversion.

- Develop and execute sales and pricing strategies on OTAs to effectively increase room night production and overall revenue.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTAs in order to stay up to date with the latest products, features, and campaigns, and apply them to enhance hotel partners? performance.

- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market trend reviews (competitive benchmarking) to identify opportunities for optimizing selling strategies.

- Lead monthly revenue meetings (online) with hotel owners or their representatives, presenting performance reports, historical and future business analysis, and upcoming yield and pricing strategies.

- Create and adjust pricing strategies based on occupancy levels, market demand, and competitive data.

- Manage the registration and onboarding of new hotel partners on OTA platforms.

- Control team workflows and support the development of team members to ensure efficient operations and high team performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Revenue, E-Commerce department
- Very well experienced in hotel PMS, reservation system & OTAs extranet
- Problem-solving attitude
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to communicate fluent in Thai and English
