Job Qualifications

- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor's or master- s degree in or related major
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales management experience in a similar capacity preferably in a midscale class environment or related professional area
- Preferably with Hotel Brand Background
- Critical strategic thinking, strong analytical skills
- Being good business partners to support strong operation teams
- Monitor competitors- rate strategy, account penetration and marketing activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Solicit new and existing corporate/MICE group accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
- Up-sell, cross-sell and promote Hotel facilities & services at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue
- Achieve daily and monthly targeted number of sales activities with effectiveness
- Good presentation skills
- Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Positive attitude toward challenges and the drive to excel and mature with excellent leadership and management skill
- Outgoing personally lively entrepreneur and autonomous
- Highly motivated, pro-active in problem solving and result oriented
- Able to travel to property as required and necessary
