- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
- Coordinate and supervise staff activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize revenue.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role at least 2 years ( or worked as RM or OPM at least 3-4 years).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenditure.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
