Bachelor- s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8 years- experience in IT support, computer setup, troubleshooting and hotel hospitality systems.

1. Good communication in English and Thai, both in speaking and writing.
2. Good in user service support and user training skills.
3. Work focused with good attitude to work and creative thinking.

Handle office user helpdesk and guest internet support follow company IT policies and assist department manager as assigned.


1. Assists to ensure that the hotel- s computer system both hardware, software and network is fully accounted for, properly maintained and reliable.
2. Assist with information technology support and troubleshooting ensuring the highest level of computer performance, efficiency, and security.
3. Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help train employees on its use.
4. Apply and maintain company IT system policies.
5. Handle hotel guest internet support case, network issue, and provide in room guest internet support.
6. Able to work after office hours as well as during the weekend/public holiday when required.
