- Hardworking and able to work in shifts

- Physically fit and able to work in a kitchen environment

- Responsible and able to work well as part of a team

Clean and wash dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, and tools

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dishwashing areas, and back-of-house facilities

- Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen equipment and utensils

- Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as assigned

- Separate and dispose of waste according to hotel hygiene standards

- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times

as per hotel policy
