Responsible for preparing bakery items, bread, pastries, desserts, and various baked goods according to hotel standards
Prepare ingredients and bakery equipment correctly and safely
Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards of all baked products
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients to preserve quality and hygiene
- Follow recipes and production procedures set by the hotel
- Coordinate with other kitchen teams and support pastry/bakery operations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the bakery area

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Previous experience as a Baker or Chef de Partie in a hotel
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry, and desserts
- Creative in food presentation and menu development
- Hardworking, physically fit, and able to work in a kitchen environment
- Able to work in shifts and collaborate well with the team
