Space Attendant (Kid Club) - Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya

- Bachelor's degree in Sport Science, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising children's programs or activities, ideally within a hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage programs and team members effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children, parents, and staff.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing fun, educational, and safe activities for children.
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Kids' Club, ensuring activities are safe, fun, and age-appropriate.
- Develop and manage a calendar of engaging programs, including arts and crafts, storytelling, games, and themed events for children.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the Kids Club team to provide excellent service and uphold child safety standards.
- Foster a welcoming environment for children and families, addressing needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Ensure all Kids Club areas, toys, and equipment are clean, organized, and meet safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other recreation areas and departments to create family-oriented experiences across the hotel.
- Manage administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, incident reporting, and inventory management.
- Stay informed about trends in children's entertainment and incorporate innovative ideas into the program.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and local regulations related to child safety and recreation.
