- Manage and control the operations of the laundry department.
- Plan and control the laundry, ironing, and linen care processes to meet hotel standards.
- Manage the stock of linens, detergents, and related equipment.
- Control the quality, cleanliness, and safety of the work.
- Manage the team, schedule shifts, and evaluate performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and report results to superiors.
