Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At least five years of experience in hotel business and 3 years of experience in hotel sales & marketing
- Experience in luxury hotel brands
- Have basic revenue management experience
- Strong sales and analytical knowledge
- Fluent in English and having a 3rd language will be a plus
- Able to travel and perform multitasks to achieve business goals
- Believe all possibilities and have a strong can-do attitude
Responsible for maintaining sales production in particular segments:
- Maintain strong relationships with static wholesale, dmc, and agent accounts by conducting regular sales visits to ensure the production meets revenue targets across segments.
- Manage dynamic wholesales production via regular sale visits as well as ensure that rates are parity even during promotional and campaign period.
- Monitor OTA marketing activities, promotion, rate parity to ensure that the segment meets budget and healthy.
- Promote hotel's event spaces and caterings to cooperate and weddings clients, maximizing revenue through bookings and catering, and ensuring seamless event execution.
- Strengthen hotel's relationship among key wedding organizers to ultimately position as wedding destination.
- Monitor to control the parity of hotel rates among all channels via test booking and disparity check technique.
Explore and develop new business for hotels through various opportunities:
- Develop new business opportunities via domestic trade fairs.
- Acquire international market through oversea sales mission and target agents visit.
- Participate to innovate food & beverage products to attract more revenue from both in-house and walk-in guests.
Execute all marketing communications to ensure hotel's brand is effectively represented:
- Plan and develop hotel?s annual & monthly online and offline marketing communication strategies to drive traffic and increase direct booking.
- Control over the various marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, social media content, and advertising copy to ensure that hotel's brand is well communicated.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hotel's seasonal packages and promotions by creating a proper communication plan.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce effective promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing campaigns and sales performance to identify business opportunities and target customer groups.
- Research, conduct surveys, and analyze market trends, competitors, and guest retentions to identify keys to success and areas for improvement.
- Manage the assigned budget effectively for marketing activities.
