Assistant General Manager (ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการทั่วไป)

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Experience in hospitality and supervisory roles.
-Ability to work flexible hours (early, late, night shifts).
-Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of or experience in hotel-related software (Easy Fo)

-Oversee daily activities, manage check-ins/outs, ensure cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments
-Handle escalated guest complaints, ensure satisfaction, manage bookings, and provide excellent customer service.
-Ensure the resort meets health and safety standards, oversee maintenance issues, and maintain general cleanliness of public areas.
-Provide comprehensive support for all documentation, including reports and presentation materials.
