- Vocational Certificate or higher
- Basic communication skills in English
- Pleasant personality, service-minded, and team player.
- Able to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and relay them accurately to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and proper arrangement before and after service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently for next guests.
- Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and organization.
- Handle guest payments and basic cashiering
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service procedures at all times.
