(At Rice Resort) Engineer Supervisor หัวหน้าช่าง

- Thai National Only, Male/Female with a few years of experience either in Engineer
- Team work with high standard of work and attention to details, interpersonal communication skills and should be totally customer centric
- Good interpersonal ability, friendly, caring and dedicated individual.
- English communication skill with customer and team oriented.
- Polite and helpful manner when dealing with guest.
- Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded with energetics person.
- Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary.

- Day-to-day engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel, both electrical and mechanical
- Complete daily check list
- Complete daily repair job reported by KokoStar, ARM
- Ensure daily check list and repair job is done by Engineer properly
- Create and follow the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the facilities is in good conditions
- Create and follow preventive maintenance program
Ensure the preventive maintenance program is followed by Engineer
- Supervisor and complete the maintenance or improvement project that is assigned
- Ensure that engineer follow the maintenance or improvement project according to the plan
- Update and communicate with manager team about the project that is assigned
- Able to create and express the opinion about improvement project
- Maintain knowledge about hotel equipment and system
- Have a knowledge about the specs of hotel
- equipment (Lightbulb, TV, AC), etc and able to train other staff
- Have a knowledge about safety system of the hotel (Elevator, Electricity) and able to train or support in the emergency situation
- Manage all stock control of engineering supply
Daily checking the spare items and planning the purchase accordingly
- Communicate with the manager team and purchasing team about the sourcing and quotation of newly purchase plan

- 1 Days Off/week (วันหยุด 1 วัน/สัปดาห์)
- 2 Meals/Day (อาหาร 2 มื้อ/วัน)
