Guest Service Agent (GSA)

Minimum Requirements:

- Strong in communication skills both Thai and English.
- Pleasant personality, enthusiastic, good presentation skills with smile, neat and tidy grooming.
- Organized, efficient and able to handle pressure with grace.
- Computer literate.

- Conduct pre-arrival check.
- Conduct room inspection when required.
- Provide the Tastoria welcome experience, efficiently check-in at the front desk or in room.
- Accurately record when guest check-in.
- Conduct hotel inspection if necessary.
- Escort guest to the room and conduct room orientation.
- Upsell room to other category with higher rate, ensuring the maximum revenue generation from each guest.
