รายละเอียดงาน

- Lead and manage the hotel IT department and ensure smooth daily operations of all IT systems.
- Maintain and support core hotel systems, including PMS, POS, CRS, Channel Manager, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, Network, and Servers.
- Ensure system confidentiality, integratity and availability, including cybersecurity, backups, and disaster recovery plans, etc.
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain availability of operational.
- Support IT hotel operations and all departments.
- Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cost efficiency.
- Plan and manage IT budget, including hardware, software, and maintenance costs.
- Implement and upgrade IT systems in line with hotel brand standards and business needs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, including but no limited to PCI DSS.
- Educate hotel staff on IT systems and best practices for system usage and security.
- Provide technical support for events and meetings (AV/IT setup) when required.
- Stay updated with technology trends in the hospitality industry and recommend improvements.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with at least 2-3 years in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Experience working in upper upscale or international branded hotels is preferred.

Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of:
- Hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Protel, Shiji, etc.)
- POS systems
- Networking, Wi-Fi, and Servers
- Cybersecurity and data protection
- Microsoft systems and cloud platforms
- Basic knowledge of AV systems for meetings/events is a plus.

Leadership & Personal Skills
- Strong leadership
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Service-minded with strong communication skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
