Guest Relation Officer (GRO)

Bachelor?s degree in Hotel Management or related field.

Good communication skills in English.

Pleasant personality and service-minded.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.

Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Perform cashiering duties such as posting charges, settling bills, and balancing cash float.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
