Experience

Working Conditions

Supervision & Quality Control
-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Room Attendants on assigned floors.
-Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure compliance with 5-star standards.
-Ensure rooms are cleaned, maintained, and released on time as per hotel policy.
-Conduct re-inspections and provide corrective feedback when required.
Operations & Coordination
-Prepare daily work schedules and room assignments.
-Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status, priorities, VIPs, early arrivals, and late checkouts.
-Liaise with Engineering for maintenance issues and follow up until resolution.
-Monitor linen, amenities, and cleaning supply usage.
Guest Service
-Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
-Ensure guest privacy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.
-Support service recovery to maintain high guest satisfaction scores.
Training & Performance
-Train new room attendants on SOPs, cleaning techniques, and brand standards.
-Coach and motivate team members to improve productivity and service quality.
-Report attendance, performance issues, and incidents to management.
Health, Safety & Compliance
-Ensure compliance with hotel policies, SOPs, and safety regulations.
-Enforce proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantries and service areas.
