- Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office to ensure smooth service and achieve targeted GSS scores.
- Welcome and engage with VIPs, return guests, and key hotel guests.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing and following up on any issues or feedback.
- Lead, train, and develop the Front Office team through regular training programs and meetings.
- Maintain department standards, procedures, and service quality through regular inspections.
- Monitor staffing levels based on hotel occupancy and operational needs.
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes within the required time frame.
- Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and guest records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and professional working environment within the team.

Education
- High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor?s Degree preferred.
Experience
- Two to four years of experience in Front Office /Guest Services, with the additional of at least two years management experience, required.
- Licenses or Certificates

Grooming
- All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Sukhothai standards.
- High school or equivalent education required. Bachelor?s Degree preferred.
Experience
