- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all conference and event services to ensure successful execution and guest satisfaction.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all event requirements and expectations are clearly understood and delivered.
- Coordinate closely with Banquet, Kitchen, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth event operations.
- Review event orders, function sheets, and event timelines to ensure accurate preparation and service delivery.
- Monitor service quality during events and resolve any issues promptly to maintain the hotel?s service standards.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4?6 years of experience in Conference Services, Banquet Operations, or Event Management in a hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service mindset.
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
- Minimum 4?6 years of experience in Conference Services, Banquet Operations, or Event Management in a hotel environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
