- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of cold dishes, including salads, appetizers, and cold buffet items, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Assist the Sous Chef in planning daily production based on menus, banquet events, and occupancy forecasts.
- Monitor food preparation and stock usage to ensure proper portion control, minimize waste, and maintain cost efficiency.
- Ensure all food handling, storage, labeling, and hygiene practices comply with food safety and HACCP standards.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth operations within the Cold Kitchen section.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 3?5 years of experience in Cold Kitchen or Garde Manger, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cold food preparation, presentation, and buffet setup.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP standards.
- Good teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Minimum 3?5 years of experience in Cold Kitchen or Garde Manger, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
