- Prepare and cook authentic Asian dishes in accordance with the hotel?s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Asian Kitchen section to ensure smooth and efficient food production.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and stock usage to maintain quality consistency and minimize waste.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards and HACCP regulations.
- Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining a professional and organized kitchen environment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum 3?5 years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation standards.
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and HACCP standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Minimum 3?5 years of experience in Asian cuisine, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
