Key Responsibilities (Summary)
- Drive business development for MICE & Wholesale segments, identifying new markets, channels, and revenue opportunities
- Develop and execute cluster sales strategies, pricing structures, and annual budget plans
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with agencies, DMCs, and key industry platforms
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to optimize yield and conversion
- Lead sales activations including client engagement, site inspections, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Revenue, GMs, and property teams to align strategies and maximize performance
- Oversee RFPs, contracts, and account management to grow and retain key clients
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high performance standards

Requirements (Summary)
- Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 10 years? experience in hospitality sales leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking, business development, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and sales/reporting systems
