Role Overview:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent service standards, and delivering a high-quality dining experience in a dynamic international resort environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations (service, staff, guest experience)
Ensure high standards of food & beverage service and guest satisfaction
Supervise, train, and motivate the service team
Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
Monitor stock, costs, and operational efficiency
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards
Location: Hokkaido, Japan

equirements:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant supervision
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Fluent in English (Japanese or other languages is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
Willingness to relocate and work in Japan
