The E-Commerce Manager is responsible for managing online distribution and brand.com promotions across all properties under La Flora Group, including La Flora Khao Lak, La Vela Khao Lak, Casa de La Flora, and La Solaya Khao Lak.
This role focuses on rate setup, promotion loading, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness to drive revenue across all online channels, in alignment with the overall revenue strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and implement promotions on Brand.com via booking engine
- Ensure all rates, packages, and promotions are correctly loaded and maintained
- Coordinate closely with Revenue team on rate strategy, offers, and restrictions
- Manage OTA platforms to ensure rate parity and correct content display
- Work with channel manager to ensure accurate distribution of rates and inventory
- Conduct regular checks on rate accuracy, parity, and promotion visibility across all platforms
- Support campaign execution by ensuring correct setup of offers and conduct internal communication properly
- Prepare basic reports on production, pickup, and promotion performance

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in E-Commerce of Hotel Industry
- Strong understanding of booking engine, OTA extranets, and channel manager systems
- Experience with Instant Booking (IBS), SiteMinder and Opera are the plus
- Good understanding of hotel pricing structure, promotions, and restrictions
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work closely with multiple teams
- Good command of English
