Key responsibilities:
-Lead and develop in-house marketing team ? set weekly priorities, run team meetings, conduct performance reviews, build team skills especially in performance marketing and content planning.
-Act as brand steward across all 14 brand entities: build and maintain brand guidelines covering tone of voice, visual identity, photography direction, and content standards. Serve as daily approver for social content, graphic design, signage, and campaign materials.
-Oversee content and campaign planning across all 14 accounts ? review and approve social calendars, campaign plans, blogger/KOL activations, and promotions. Escalate strategic, new-concept, or budget-signi?cant items to the Marketing Director.
-Good understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, SEM and online advertising ? ensure campaigns perform against targets, critique reports, optimize budget allocation, present monthly performance to the Director.
-Own monthly and quarterly marketing reporting, in a format designed for Director-level review.
-Support Director-led initiatives (hotel events, partnerships, restaurant launches, CSR projects) by coordinating the marketing team's contribution, materials, and content execution.
-Own the marketing operational calendar, approval work?ows, and SOPs.
-Working knowledge of loyalty and CRM principles, with the ability to set direction, review campaigns, and interpret member data.

-Fluent communication (especially grammar & writing) in English
-Experience managing a multi-brand portfolio
-Performance marketing and digital analytics literacy (Meta, Line@, Tiktok ads, GA4)
-Demonstrated experience building brand guidelines and marketing systems
-Able to travel to and work on Koh Samet

-Hospitality, resort, or F&B marketing experience
-Hospitality loyalty CRM program exposure
