To lead and supervise the Telephone Operator team by ensuring efficient communication services, professional call handling, and seamless coordination between guests and hotel departments. Maintains service excellence, supports Front Office operations, and contributes to guest satisfaction in line with the hotel's standards and objectives.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
1. Minimum 3?7 years of experience in Telephone Operator, Front Office, or a related hospitality role, with supervisory experience preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Good command of spoken and written English; Thai and additional languages are an advantage.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
5. Good organizational, administrative, and computer skills, including hotel communication systems.
6. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining excellent guest service and communication standards.
