Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager supports the planning and execution of the hotel's digital marketing strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels. This role works closely with the Group Marketing Director to grow direct bookings, strengthen brand presence across digital platforms, and translate commercial priorities into day-to-day campaign, content, and reporting activity. This is a hands-on role suited to a marketer who is comfortable moving between strategic support and detailed execution, and who enjoys working across social media, website, OTA, CRM, and paid media channels within a luxury or lifestyle hospitality environment.
