Sunway Estates is looking for a Villa Manager to join our team in Phuket.

We are looking for a hands-on hospitality professional who can take ownership of villa operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and maintain strong relationships with property owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily villa operations and service standards
- Oversee Guest Services, Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Handle guest and owner requests professionally
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
- Monitor villa quality, maintenance and operational costs
- Support guest satisfaction, occupancy and property performance
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Requirements

- 3-5 years experience in Villa Management, Hotel/Resort Operations or Property Management
- Strong Guest Relations and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English and Thai
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Service-minded, organized and detail-oriented
- Luxury villa or private residence experience is an advantage
