- Prepare and present breakfast, buffet, and designated meal offerings to an exceptional standard, fully aligned with hotel and brand guidelines.
- Provide supervision and support to junior kitchen team members when required to ensure smooth service
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization across all work areas, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and cross?contamination controls.
- Execute precise and well?organized place for breakfast service and additional meal periods.
- Contribute to positive, timely resolutions of guest requests and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure all food products meet quality expectations and are stored correctly in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Support effective cost control initiatives, contributing to gross profit performance and departmental financial objectives.
- Assist other departments as needed, fostering strong and collaborative working relationships.
- Promptly report any maintenance, hygiene, or safety concerns to uphold a safe kitchen environment.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- At least vocational certificate in culinary and with preference of Bachelor Degree in culinary field
- At least 3 years experience in culinary operation and supervision
- Good in inter-personality and creative skill
- English Communication skill and computer skills
