- Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Human Resources or related field, required.
- Previous human resources management experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sector.
- Proficient in both English and Thai, with strong reading and writing skills in both languages.
- Excellent leadership skills and exceptional communication skills.
- Strong commercial/business acumen

? Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues;
? Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, talent management & succession planning, employee relations and retention, quality system and compliance, and employee relations.
? Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining manning guide, and payroll management
? Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications and labor issues, disciplinary action, and welfare & benefits
? Review and propose Organization Structure, Job structure & Salary Structure, Career path and Career development and Talent Management.
? Review and propose company welfare & benefits in line with labor law and market rate
? Plan, implement and control HR Budget department
? Plan and monitor for annual training & development plan
? Review and update all HR information in HRIS database system
? Review and propose OKR for performance management for all staff
? Plan, propose, organize, and coordinate the company projects and employee activities such as CSR, staff party, sport day, staff engagement project etc.
? Develop, monitor, and guide team to perform their HR jobs as company target, customer?s requirements align with Labor law and company policy
Be the HR advisor for all staff and operators, suggest, contribute, and coordinate with related departments
