- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and catering management for hotel business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

The Event & Catering Asst./Manager is responsible for driving sales for the hotel's event and catering services. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring the successful execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
