- Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry personnel.
- Monitor and inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure high cleanliness and quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety measures, and service standards.
- Handle employee scheduling, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet operational needs.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and productivity.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment usage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for long hours, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
