Responsibilities
- Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
- Recruitment and training of staff
- Shift scheduling
- Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback
- Purchase and control of inventory
- Monitor revenues and expenses
- Ensure practice of health and safety regulations
- Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
- Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
- Create the restaurant & bar menu
- Launch the new promotions
- Create contents for the Restaurant & Bar to post on social media platform

Qualifications
- Age: 30-45 years old
- Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, with at least 2?3 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage cost control
- Good analytical and strategic planning skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Age: 30-45 years old
