Job Description
You are
- Discreet and well-organised, and know how to make our guests feel at home.
- Attentive, you ensure each guest has personalised service and a unique experience.
- Meticulous, with a good eye for detail, your give impeccable service.

You will
- Assist the Executive Housekeeper in the checking and cleanliness of rooms and common areas
- Report malfunctions to the maintenance department
- Anticipate and respond to the different requirements and needs of the resort's clientele
- Supervise the maintenance staff (30 to 50 employees)
- Monitor the condition of stocks, identify supply needs and establish orders
- Check the conformity of the work carried out according to Club Med high quality standards
- Know the resort perfectly and work in collaboration with the relevant departments (room staff, laundry, catering)
- Guarantee the quality of services, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets

ENERAL MISSIONS He carries out all his missions in compliance with internal procedures and legal framework: CONFORMITY OF THE SERVICE Guarantee the controls of rooms (GM and GO) of the assigned sector(s) and if necessary take part in the cleaning of rooms and common areas according to the needs identified by his manager Be responsible for the implementation and control of specific hospitality (VIP, Club program, seminar gifts, Baby Welcome...) following instructions from his hierarchy. Apply the implementation (early season), monitoring (season) and closure (end of season) processes for the entire department. Inform his manager of any dysfunctions observed (service, maintenance) within his scope and implement corrective actions Be proactive in proposing improvements to be made in your departmentQUALITY / HEALTH AND SAFETY: Ensure that health and safety standards are applied in the department. Provide your team with appropriate products according to the tasks to be performed Be particularly vigilant to the premises securityECONOMIC RESULTS: Implement actions to achieve objectives set by his manager Detects and reports investment needs within its scope to the Governor General Ensure proper management of current stocks, proper maintenance and use of equipment within his scope.MANAGEMENT Ensure the reception, implementation and integration of GO/GEs in your department Define personal objectives and support his team or its affiliates, and evaluate them Supervise and lead in a transversal logic Implement and comply with HR procedures and have them validated by your own manager Manager by proximity: show, train and enforce Be exemplary through his visibility among teams and customers
