We're Hiring:

We are looking for a hands-on Learning & Development Manager to strengthen staff capabilities and elevate service standards across our golf club.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a structured training system aligned with the club's goals.
- Identify training needs with department heads and deliver engaging, practical training.
- Create training materials and evaluate results to improve staff performance.
- Oversee performance evaluations and support continuous staff development.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of L&D experience, preferably in hospitality or golf clubs.
- Proven ability to design and implement training programmes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Collaborative approach and a passion for developing people.
