- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of gym, pool, wellness, and lounge areas
- Ensure all fitness equipment is safe, functional, and properly maintained
- Assist guests with basic equipment usage and facility orientation
- Enforce safety rules and guidelines within fitness and pool areas
- Monitor and replenish towels, amenities, refreshments, and supplies
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback
- Conduct regular inspections and report maintenance issues to Engineering
- Support Residence Lounge operations when required, including setup, service, and guest assistance

- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and safety practices
- Good communication skills in English
- Service-oriented with a friendly personality
- Flexible to work across different areas (fitness & lounge)
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
