รายละเอียดงาน

- Focus on maintaining and improving the competitive position of the hotel / brand.
- Planning and management of the overall sales and marketing of the hotel to achieve optimal occupancy, maximizing revenue, and meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives.
- Implement the strategy with a specific action plan for each segment / area.
- Control, optimize and report sales outputs of those action plans.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

- Above 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or related field
- At least 5 years work experience in 4-5 stars hotels would be a plus
- Dynamic and sales oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical skills, strategic planning skills, outgoing, matured and an organized personality
- Strong business acumen with local and global market business knowledge
- Fluent in English
