Commissary Kitchen Operations & Production Management
? Oversee all daily commissary kitchen operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and consistently
? Ensure all recipes, portioning, and preparation methods are executed according to company standards
? Manage dispatch and distribution processes to ensure timely delivery to outlets
? Team Leadership & Staff Managemen
? Work closely with outlet teams to maintain product consistency and customer satisfaction
? Coordinate with suppliers and hotel partners for ingredient procurement and purchasing
? SOPs & Continuous Improvement

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Thai National only
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Production Chef, Commissary Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role in a QSR, commissary, catering, or high-volume production environment
- Strong experience with Indian cuisine is required
-Hands-on experience with cook chill systems, blast chilling, vacuum sealing, and centralized food production
- Understanding of Halal ingredient sourcing, segregation practices, and audit requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Production Chef, Commissary Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role in a QSR, commissary, catering, or high-volume production environment
- Strong experience with Indian cuisine is required
