Maintain and update employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documentation.
? Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling, candidate coordination, reference checks, and onboarding arrangements.
? Prepare employment-related documents including employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR correspondence.
? Monitor employee attendance, leave records, probation periods, and employee movements.
Assist in payroll preparation by maintaining accurate attendance, overtime, leave, and employee data.
? Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
? Issue and maintain employee assets including locker keys, uniforms, name tags, employee ID cards, and access cards.
? Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing updates and employee documentation.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
? Minimum 1?3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Hospitality preferred.
? Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR administration practices.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
? Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, or attendance systems is an advantage.
? Good command of written and spoken English and Thai.
? Minimum 1?3 years of experience in Human Resources, Administration, or Hospitality preferred.
? Good understanding of Thai labor law and HR administration practices.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
