Responsibilities
- Generate revenue from MICE and Wholesale accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and respond to RFPs.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and networking activities.
- Coordinate with Revenue and hotel operations to ensure successful business delivery.
- Monitor market trends and maintain accurate sales reports and account records.
- Build strong relationships with agencies, DMCs, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and account production reports to support forecasting and business planning.
- Ensure excellent client service by coordinating with operational teams to deliver successful events and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE and Wholesale.
- Strong sales, account management, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of hospitality market trends and revenue principles.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in MICE and Wholesale.
