Responsibilities
- Supervise daily engineering operations, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
- Inspect and maintain MEP systems and technical facilities.
- Lead and support technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and contractor activities.
- Monitor energy conservation initiatives and operational efficiency.
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution.
- Recommend improvements to engineering systems and maintenance processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and engineering procedures.

Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience, including 1 year in a hospitality supervisory role.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance, and engineering operations.
- Good supervisory, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related field.
