Engineering Supervisor (Duty Engineering)

- To lead each shifts routine operation, deal with guests, and resolve problems as they arise. To be able to analyze problems, to get work done quickly Including procurement of materials, parts, and etc., and necessary scheduling arrangements with a high degree of quality.
- Guestroom; plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing electrical equipment and cosmetic items.
- Public area; plunging toilets, unclogging drains repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment and cosmetic items.
- Fire alarm/life safety system; to monitor and perform test system as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the system. To have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems.
- Ensure Monitor/Control all the engineering system to be normal operating and recording for day by day operation.
- BMS/IPTV/PABX System and Lighting to monitor and to take immediate action to correct any hazardous conditions found.
- Support to Function Event with F&B Team.
